A very good tutorial on wrapping your hands for Muay Thai. Props to the Academy for the video! Remember though that this is just for sparring and bagwork, not for fights.

I recently took a UKMF Muay Thai cornerman course which was taught by Kru Shaun Boland of Chao Phraya Muay Thai. I enjoyed the course and found it to be very well put together.
